There's no roadmap for what building a business actually does to you — the identity shifts, the moments of doubt, the versions of yourself you become and let go of along the way. Not the marketing books. Not the masterminds. Not the founder podcasts.
Her Vision Collective is gathering those moments — from the very first leap, to the quiet pivots, to the reinventions no one sees coming. Every submission becomes part of a research archive, future book chapters, podcast episodes, and a public movement that helps the next woman feel less alone in wherever she is on her own path.
I built the business I thought I was supposed to want. It worked. And the day it worked was the day I realized I had outgrown her — the version of me who designed it.
